Dr Ken’s recommendations for a great immune system:

  1. Fresh air and a little bit of sunshine as vitamin D is needed to regulate the immune system.

  2. Zinc levels must be good (red meat, shellfish, legumes chick peas, lentils, seeds all contain adequate amounts of zinc)

  3. Extra vitamin C ( broccoli, cantaloupe, cauliflower, oranges, lemons)  

  4. Immune boosters: congaplex, thymex, andrographis, calcium lactate. These are all from standard process and you can order them through our office for pick up or delivery to your home  

  5. Avoid mucous forming foods ie dairy, ice cream cheese

  6. Try a bit of a cleansing regiment with lemon water or celery juice, or af-beta food from standard process.

  7. Exercise moderately keep lungs heart and lymphatic working well.

  8. Practice gratitude and mindfulness.

  9. Get a chiropractic adjustment. Research shows an increase in immune function in people who are seeing their chiropractor regularly.
